Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited use of the Sentrix platform. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to every user and integration. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Governing law: United Arab Emirates
1. Purpose & scope
Sentrix is a real-time risk decisioning and compliance case-operations platform used by regulated financial businesses. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects our customers, their end users and the integrity of the platform. It applies to all access — evaluation, sandbox and production — including via the application, APIs and any integration.
2. Prohibited content & use
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
- Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, or probe, scan or test security without authorisation.
- Harass, threaten or defame others, or process data for unlawful discrimination.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data other than through documented interfaces and within permitted limits.
- Resell, sublicense or misrepresent the Services, or remove or obscure proprietary notices.
- Reverse engineer the Services except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Lawful basis for submitting personal data
You must have a valid lawful basis and all necessary rights, notices and consents to submit personal or verification data about end users to the platform, and to have Sentrix process it as your processor. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit and for your decisions based on platform outputs.
4. Sandbox results are not for real decisions
Do not use Sandbox outputs for real compliance decisions. Screening and decisioning in the evaluation environment are simulated. Using Sandbox results to onboard, decline, block or otherwise make real decisions about actual people or transactions is prohibited and unsafe.
5. Rate limits & fair use
Use must stay within documented rate limits and fair-use expectations. You must not circumvent technical controls, quotas or authentication, or use automation that degrades the service for others. We may apply throttling or protective measures to preserve availability.
6. Consequences & reporting abuse
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, our customers or third parties, consistent with the Terms of Service. To report abuse, security issues or suspected misuse, contact abuse@sentrix.world. Security vulnerabilities may also be reported to security@sentrix.world.
