Screening & operational providers
The categories below are integrated behind reviewed adapters. During evaluation, identity and screening providers operate in sandbox and return simulated results; email and monitoring providers are planned for production. The specific named vendors are fixed in the production agreement before any live data is processed.
| Category | Purpose | Region | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identity verification providers | Document and identity checks (customer-initiated) | Regional | Sandbox in evaluation |
| Sanctions / PEP / adverse-media data | Screening list data and match services | Regional | Sandbox in evaluation |
| Transactional email provider | Service and security notifications | Regional | Planned for production |
| Error & performance monitoring | Operational telemetry and reliability | Regional | Planned for production |
In this evaluation environment, identity and screening providers return simulated results. Customers connect production providers under their own regulated programme, and cross-border transfers are governed as set out in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

We give advance notice of new or replacement sub-processors so customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as described in the DPA.
