This policy explains how Sentrix uses cookies and similar technologies on its marketing site and application, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session tokens, perform comparable functions. Sentrix uses a deliberately minimal set: strictly-necessary cookies that make the platform work, and optional analytics cookies that we set only if you accept them. Separately, we measure visits to this website without cookies, as described in section 3. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Measurement without cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Until you accept analytics cookies, including if you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and for each page viewed it sends Google a signal that the page was viewed and that analytics consent was not given.
So that these visits also appear in our statistics, our website server reports each page you view to Google Analytics for as long as you have not accepted analytics cookies. It sends the page address (keeping only campaign tags from the link), the page title, the page you came from, your country, region and city as estimated from your IP address, your device type, browser and language, and an identifier our server calculates from your IP address, your browser and the date. That identifier changes every day, so visits on different days cannot be linked. Our server does not send your IP address to Google, nothing is stored on your device, and known automated traffic is excluded.
Like any web request, the signals your browser sends to Google directly reach it with technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Advertising features are permanently switched off on this website. Our hosting provider's analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, sets no cookies and loads only if you accept.
We carry out this measurement on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used. Declining analytics cookies stops cookies from being set, but not this measurement. You can object to it at any time: our server does not report visits from browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal, and Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) stops the signals your browser sends to Google directly.
4. How to control cookies
Analytics cookies are off by default and are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie choices in the footer of every page; withdrawing deletes any analytics cookies already set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because strictly-necessary cookies are required for the platform to function securely, they cannot be switched off; disabling them may prevent sign-in and core features from working.
